Joseph J. Kenneff is a Lancaster, PA attorney and the managing partner of Goodman & Kenneff in Millersville. Clients across Lancaster County know him simply as Joe. A Lancaster County attorney serving the community where he grew up
A lifelong Lancaster County resident, Joseph Kenneff lives in Manheim Township with his wife and their four children. He was raised in Lancaster County and graduated from Manheim Central High School. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 2006. While he was still a law student at Widener, he interned with Goodman & Kenneff—beginning a connection with the Millersville firm that continues today.
Before joining the firm as a partner, Joseph J. Kenneff spent two years as a judicial clerk for judges of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas, where he drafted opinions on DUI and other criminal matters. He then served as an Assistant Public Defender in Lancaster County. That experience on both the bench side and the defense side shapes the practical, straightforward advice he gives clients.
He became a partner at Goodman & Kenneff in 2010 and has served as managing partner since 2011. Goodman & Kenneff has guided Millersville and Lancaster County families for more than four decades. The firm’s office is at 460 North George Street in Millersville, with convenient first-floor access and adjacent parking.
